Your custom wedding suite design process



Choosing to go with a custom designed suite is the first step towards creating a stunning introduction to your wedding and a keepsake that you will treasure in the years that follow. My background as a graphic designer will ensure that elegant typography and illustrations are beautifully crafted to reflect you as a couple and the style of your wedding day. I would love to know about you and your partner, your personal style and what the overall mood and theme of your special day will be. Images are helpful, feel free to send me links to Pinterest boards, your venue and anything else that inspires you and reflects your vision.





Once you have accepted my quote you will be invoiced for the non-refundable deposit to secure your space in the calendar. From here I will require all of the details that are to be included in your suite and we will decide on the wording and tone you would like to use. I will then begin the exciting design phase, bringing your unique vision for your wedding to life. Your quote includes up to three rounds of revisions. Once you are happy with the design I will send you a final digital copy of your entire suite for approval. Please allow up to six weeks for this process.



The next exciting phase and part that I adore is printing your suite. Seeing the designs, paper and inks come together is truly magical. Before this magic happens is when your final payment and delivery fees are invoiced. Please allow up to six weeks from this payment to completion of printing. Delivery of your wedding suite is generally one week tracked courier within New Zealand and three weeks tracked postage internationally.
